ABOUT
I am a Málaga-based wine educator and sensory experience creator specialising in Spanish wines.
Alongside my wine studies I have trained in olfaction, natural and niche perfumery, gastronomy and flavour — so I present wine through aroma, memory, flavour and place, not only grapes and regions.
I host public and private tastings and educational events for local and international audiences, with a particular focus on the wines of Málaga and Andalusia.
